What you’ll do

Development of business requirement documents for non-custom solutions.
Review of functional and technical specification to assure proper functionality.
Work closely with development team during development phase and then conduct business unit testing required prior to system releases. Investigation of issues posed by internal and external clients for resolution. Performs special projects and related duties as assigned.

  • Work independently and require minimal direction
  • Ability to analyze data, draw conclusions and recommend solutions in a timely manner
  • Prioritize multiple work projects and multi-task as necessary
  • Good presentation ability and comfort level with management levels
  • Ability to work during evening and weekend systems release windows
  • Ability to travel as necessary

What experience you need:

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 or more years of related experience

• Knowledge of the Captiva platform and other Scanning and Imaging applications is required

• PC literacy and capability to learn/utilize internal applications

• Customer service experience
