In this VP, Pricing Analytics and Revenue Optimization role you will be leading the strategic pricing organization at Equifax Workforce Solutions. You will be responsible for developing global pricing strategy, innovative analytics/modeling and providing consultative pricing support. You will work with our Executive Leadership Team to deliver significant growth and profit targets through robust, scalable, and adaptive pricing strategies coupled with efficient and effective tactical execution.
What you'll do
Lead the strategic pricing initiatives in alignment with business line general managers and Executive leaders to achieve revenue growth and profitability targets by optimizing pricing and product positioning across market segments.
Develop a deep understanding of customer value drivers and the business economics impacting purchasing decisions.
Deliver clear execution roadmaps for meeting business unit needs and drive alignment across key verticals
Lead pricing engagement for strategic and channel partnerships
Develop innovative B2B product bundling/versioning strategies to increase total revenue per customer
Provide thought-leadership on pricing, and bring pricing best practices into the organization
Lead staff of pricing professionals and provide coaching, mentorship, and development opportunities
What experience you need
Bachelor's degree in related field
8+ years of Pricing Analytics/Revenue Optimization experience
5+ years of pricing team management experience (people management)
Strong communication and Influence skills
Strong negotiation skills and experience working with senior executives
Possess strong command and understanding of microeconomics, pricing elasticity, primary variables influencing product GTM, and relevant strategies for optimizing it.
Experience working on structuring large deals and leading complex B2B negotiations
Experience with data, analytics, and BI tools
Understanding of enterprise database concepts and pricing automation
