Position Summary:
In this position, you will support the design, implementation and execution of the business and operational contingent workforce strategies of the department by interacting with Division, Bank and/or System stakeholders. Interact with, provide support, and guidance for key Division, Bank and/or System projects. Develop working relationships within the team, department, division and other business partners throughout the Bank. Develops knowledge of contingent worker processes and policies and participate on projects related to business operations, quality management, and operational controls. Assist in delivering data and services that create efficiencies, improve business processes, and great customer service. You will report to the HR Manager.
Location: Atlanta. Must live within commuting distance of Atlanta.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage data and requests for contingent workers (visiting scholars, vendor workers, and contractors) from our business lines that will be engaged to do work related to the business and operations.
Participate in efforts to obtain customer feedback to create efficiencies and improve business processes and contribute to process improvement and solution discussions.
Maintain and create reports, documents and communication to contingent worker managers and points of contact related to policy, contingent workers onboarding and end of engagement status, and processes.
Work on problems, projects, and audits to ensure transparency of information and compliance; exercise sound judgment within defined procedures and practices; follow standard procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained.
Identify best practices and suggest how to improve current business practices; assist in efforts to improve operations efficiency, and department services; working with others, prepare reports and materials to support proposed recommendations.
Draw on experience and seek guidance from others when working to resolve issues or support projects of basic complexity (scope/volume/impact) associated with business line processes.
Collaborate on process improvement projects; modify and update existing business processes; may participate in cross-department initiatives and projects and present to business lines on the efficiencies identified.
Coordinate with various stakeholders to obtain approvals and seek information to onboard and/or extend contingent workers.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or four years equivalent experience, preferred
Experience: Less than two years
SharePoint and Data Analytics/Excel experience required.
Knowledge Areas:
SharePoint and Microsoft Suite experience required
Data Analytics experience required
Contingent worker experience preferred
DocuSign experience preferred
Manage Service Provider experience preferred
Bilingual with Spanish is preferred
Workday and Ariba experience preferred
Professionalism and Customer Service experience required
Detailed and responsiveness are key while applying agility practices
