  • Have a deep understanding of user journeys and user experience; identify and fill insights gaps.
  • Crystallize the insights into relatable, actionable terms that are tailored to the intended audience.
  • Perform data exploration on databases and data sets as needed to build effective analyses that drive decision-making, establish leadership, improve user experience, and drive growth.
  • Work closely with the product management, engineering, data analytics, data science, and operational support teams to help build and optimize products.
  • Produce process documentation in support of products including information around relevant data, analytics, and core operational and technical processes.
  • Interact with clients and partners to solicit feedback on company products and services.

What you will need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree OR 8-13 years of an equivalent combination of educational background, related experience and/or military experience.
  • 9+ years of relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of experience working within CPG or category management functions.
  • 5+ years of experience analyzing big data sets to build strategic sales plans, or to build analyses that leverage multi-variate data sets across demographic and consumption measures.
  • Experience building presentations with impactful data visualizations.

What would be great to have:

  • Master’s degree.
  • Experience using Agile methodologies or JIRA project management tools.
  • Experience using R, Python, SAS, SPSS, etc.
