Our innovative 1Link platform empowers our fleet customers to supercharge business growth, by helping them manage vehicle procurement and hire, maintenance, as well as end-of-life vehicle disposal and re licensing. The solution has been adopted by all major leasing companies and with a network of over 18,000 franchise garages processing over 4 million transactions a year.

What you’ll be doing:

We are now looking to add a Sales Administrator on a full-time, permanent basis! This role will report into the Sales Support Team Leader and will provide an excellent administration service and quality assistance and support to the business.This role will involve:

• Administer all departmental tasks as required in a complete, efficient and productive manner, planning and organising own work as required.
• Deal with all queries within established best practice and department procedures, referring for assistance when required.
• Contribute to service excellence by providing guidance to others and informing the decision making processes wherever possible.
• Build and develop positive relationships with all colleagues and third parties.
• Actively identify opportunities to improve administration service, proposing solutions where possible.

This role will be based on-site at our Meriden office and our working hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.

Due to the remote location of the office and limited public transport, it is advisable that candidates are drivers with access to a vehicle when on-site.

What we’re looking for:

Ideally, as a Sales Administrator, you will have strong MC Office experience, particularly in Excel and Word and will be a confident communicator with excellent planning skills and great attention to detail in their work.
