What We Need

FLEETCOR is currently looking to hire a Help Desk Technician within our GCTO Service Desk Team. This position falls under our Corporate line of business and is located in our St. Charles location. In this role, the Help Desk Technician provides technical support for basic hardware, software, and service-based inquiries. This position serves as the primary point of contact for all end-user technical issues for FLEETCOR associates and will provide direct white glove support to FLEETCOR Executives. The role emphasizes incident ticket resolution, service requests, and new employee onboarding activities. Please note, this is not a remote position and requires on-site attendance.

How We Work

As a Temp- Help Desk Analyst, we set you up for success by providing:

• Assigned workspace office set up
• Company-issued equipment
• Formal, hands-on training

Responsibilities:

• Unboxing Laptops
• Plugging in power and USB device
• Following written instructions to image device.
• Box laptop back up, print shipping label and ship laptop out.

Communication & Collaboration:

• Maintain a positive service attitude, handling challenging situations with discretion and respect.
• Stay informed about various FLEETCOR business lines and their functions.

Technical Support & Maintenance:

• Handle remote installations of approved software.
• Tune policy settings for the organization.

Qualifications & Skills

• Highschool diploma and 3+ years of IT experience
• Attentive listening and clear verbal and written communication.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Organizational skills with an ability to work independently.
• Self-learning aptitude and a commitment to tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Team collaboration skills, especially in a small and cross-border teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows 10 and 11, MS Office 2019/Office365, Zoom, Slack, MS Teams, and mobile device management.
