TITLE: Product Analyst

LOCATION: Atlanta

You are a product analyst or a product owner, early in your career, looking to join an exciting company focused on helping our customers run their restaurants. NCR Hospitality runs the restaurant for Enterprise, Emerging and SMB customers on the Commerce Platform whether its NCR products or 3rd party solutions. We are dedicated to providing transparency to how our platform supports the most important restaurant use cases, in store and above store, for a full omnichannel guest experience.

In this role, you will be key to helping our customers, our partners and other 3rd parties understand what use cases our platform services, components and API products can fulfill.

  • You will learn and become an expert about our API products from Product Management.

  • You will use that knowledge and manage journey/experience maps that help understand how our API products bring use cases to life.

  • You will be responsible for sharing that with internal and external audiences.

  • From collaborating with internal stakeholders and external audiences, you will be key to driving improvements with our Platform and Product Managers.

You will be integral to supporting our integration program which is focused on customers and their 3rd parties getting connected NCR data or workflows on the NCR Commerce Platform.

Responsibilities include:

  • Learning about our API products and how they support restaurant use cases.

  • Documenting journey or experience maps that tell users what our API products can support.

  • Collaboration with Product Managers and other SMEs to review and publish these key documents

  • Manage and maintain this information in in NCR Developer portal and our internal learning tools

  • Use all information to support our integration program, including Sales, Sales Engineers, Customer Success, or internal support teams.

  • Educate and share information broadly in internal webinars, forums and tools.

  • Be relentless to find answers to questions.

  • Grow as our NCR integration SME, identifying new use cases, gaps or improvements for our API products.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Required 2+ years of product management, product analysis or product design experience

  • Technical aptitude to pick up domain knowledge in a fast-paced technology team

  • Solid communication skills to share information to broad audiences

  • Excellent communication skills in both oral and written English

  • Self-motivated to get work done

  • Ability to interact with Sales, Sales Engineering, Product and Engineering

  • Experience with flowcharting tools or collaboration tools such as Miro, Figma or Whimsical.

  • Excellent organization, communication, time management, facilitation, and follow-thru skills

  • Owns outcomes & drives to completion without being reminded

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with modern software and technology business models (SaaS)

  • Familiarity with API products

  • Previous experience in Restaurants

  • Familiarity with Office tools such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel
