Job Description Summary:
PayPal is seeking to hire an experienced Merchant GTM to spearhead our Branded XO product initiatives, in particular focusing on bringing the consumer value features into the merchant value bundle. In this role you will work closely with the product teams to build and roll out new customer centric products, accelerate merchant adoption of new branded XO experiences and be at the forefront of all XO innovation initiatives to transform branded XO. This role is working closely with Merchant product teams (checkout, merchant platforms), Consumer product teams and X-functional leaders (Sales, Marketing, Risk...). The role has a global scope and will report to the Director of Branded XO GTM.

Strategic Branded XO Checkout Initiatives:

  • Lead and execute strategic branded XO Initiatives with the objective to drive rapid adoption of new XO experiences across the global merchant base
  • Articulate customer needs and problem statements to the product organization to drive customer centric product development and represent gaps
  • Translate product features into merchant facing value propositions and sales strategies
  • Collaborate closely with the consumer product teams and translate consumer value propositions into merchant benefits
  • Pilot – Measure – Scale approach to product adoption to gather proof points and maximize product adoption through Sales, Marketing and Developers
  • Support XO product adoption across direct, and partner channels
  • Collecting customer voice and customer issues
  • Ongoing product performance monitoring to ensure early detection and resolution of issues along the XO journey

  • Be comfortable with ambiguity, and chart ways forward even with imperfect information.
  • Work across time zones and geographies (in particular the product organization based in the US)

The U.S. national annual pay range for this role is $82500 to $187990
