Who You’ll Work With

We are seeking a Senior Principal Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform Architect to lead the strategy, architecture, and implementation of enterprise customer data solutions using Adobe Real-Time CDP and the broader Adobe Experience Platform ecosystem. In this role, you will serve as a senior technical advisor to clients, helping them connect customer data strategy, identity resolution, segmentation, personalization, analytics, and activation to measurable business outcomes. You will work across business, marketing, data, analytics, and technology teams to design scalable RT-CDP solutions that support complex B2C, B2B, and B2P use cases. This role requires deep Adobe RT-CDP expertise, strong enterprise architecture experience, and the ability to guide executive stakeholders through strategic platform decisions, solution tradeoffs, and implementation roadmaps.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the end-to-end architecture and solution strategy for Adobe Real-Time CDP implementations across complex enterprise environments.

  • Advise senior client stakeholders on customer data strategy, identity resolution, segmentation, activation, consent, governance, and Adobe Experience Platform roadmap decisions. Own technical design and data architecture for RT-CDP, including source ingestion, schema design, profile strategy, identity stitching, audience design, destinations, and activation patterns. Lead discovery sessions with business, marketing, data, analytics, and technology stakeholders to translate strategic goals into scalable platform requirements. Define architecture options, tradeoffs, risks, assumptions, and implementation roadmaps that align Adobe RT-CDP capabilities with client business outcomes.
  • Serve as the senior technical authority across delivery teams, guiding architects, engineers, analysts, and client stakeholders through design and implementation decisions.
  • Interpret how to best apply out-of-the-box Adobe RT-CDP capabilities whileidentifyingalternative approaches that effectivelyleveragethe platform.
  • Provide analytics, customer data, and marketing technology domainexpertise, including consultation, troubleshooting, and solution guidance.
  • Establish reusable solution patterns, architecture standards, and delivery accelerators for Adobe RT-CDP and broader Adobe Experience Platform implementations.
  • Provideexpertiseacross RT-CDP, Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Marketo, and related customer data and activation ecosystems.
  • Lead solution shaping, estimation, executive presentations, andpursuitsupport for Adobe data and personalization opportunities, helping define the technical strategy, delivery approach, and business value narrative.
  • Mentor consultants and architects, helping grow team capability in Adobe Experience Platform and enterprise customer data architecture.
  • Continue learning new platforms, capabilities, and cloud technologies to stay current across the evolving Adobe and customer data platform ecosystem.

What You’ll Bring

  • Deep expertise in architecting, configuring, implementing, and integrating Adobe Real-Time CDP in enterprise environments.
  • Experience serving as the lead architect or senior advisor on complex RT-CDP, Adobe Experience Platform, customer data, analytics, or personalization programs.
  • Strong understanding of RT-CDP B2C, B2B, and/or B2P use cases, including account profiles, person profiles, audiences, destinations, and activation patterns.
  • Knowledge of how RT-CDP integrates with Adobe Experience Platform, Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Marketo, tag management, data lakes, cloud platforms, and enterprise marketing systems.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce data models and integration patterns, with the ability to guide B2P RT-CDP designs that connect Salesforce account, contact, lead, opportunity, and engagement data into Adobe Experience Platform for identity resolution, profile enrichment, segmentation, and activation.
  • Expertisewith identity resolution, graph stitching, merge policies, profile collapse, householding, segmentation, consent, governance, and data quality considerations.
  • Proficiencyinmanipulating, structuring, transforming, and merging data from multiple enterprise data sources.
  • Ability to translate business strategy, marketing use cases, and business rules into technical architecture, platform requirements, data models, integration designs, and delivery roadmaps.
  • Experience with data transformation, API-based integrations, event-based data collection, JavaScript tagging, and modern enterprise data platforms.
  • Experience working with SQL.
  • Enterprise experience designing multi-solution architecture across customer data, analytics, marketing automation, personalization, and activation platforms.
  • Strong executive communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts, influence decisions, guide clients through tradeoffs, and build trusted relationships with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Experience mentoring teams, shaping delivery approaches, and contributing to the growth of Adobe or customer data platform practices.
  • Passion for learningnew technologies, platform capabilities, and emerging customer data trends.

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges:

  • East Bay, San Francisco, Silicon Valley:
    • Principal: $190,000–$232,000
    • Senior Principal: $222,000–$271,000
  • San Diego, Los Angeles, Orange County, Seattle, Boston, Houston, New Jersey, New York City, Washington DC, Westchester:
    • Principal: $174,000–$212,500
    • Senior Principal: $203,500–$248,500
  • All other locations:
    • Principal: $159,500–$195,000
    • Senior Principal: $186,500–$228,000

In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
