Quantitative associate in Fundamental Fixed Income/Unconstrained platform. This is a cross-platform role, dedicated to the broad data and analytics agenda. Based in Atlanta, this Associate-level role will be focused on finding and integrating new data sets, building quantitative models and will be heavily involved with platform wide team advancing AI initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Work with cross-team initiatives to find, integrate and analyze new quantitative data sets.

• Work closely with Data Strategy & Solutions (DS&S) team in onboarding and performing visual analysis on ‘Big Data’ sets.

• Partner with other systematic researchers across the platform to build, analyze and research systematic tools. This includes macro modeling, systematic research, portfolio construction and data exploration.

• Working across platform to integrate AI tools.

• Contribute to platform wide initiative to incorporate new AI tools into existing investment, commercial and operational process.

• Work with senior researchers to develop domain expertise on the potential uses of new AI tools to enhance investment process.

• Partner with strategy to investigate use of AI tools in client related activities, including the writing and production of investment commentary.

Experience & Skills

• Education: Mathematics, Computer Science or related STEM degree; graduate degree preferable.

• Direct experience working with large data sets.

• Familiarity with systematic and mathematical tools: statistical inference, multi-variate regression, data visualization.

• Proficiency in Excel, Python, Tableau and Bloomberg.
