About the Team
Our QA team is dedicated to ensuring the flawless execution of advertiser campaigns by meticulously reviewing each setup. They cross-check all campaign elements against the advertiser contract to guarantee full compliance and identify any errors before the campaign goes live. Their thorough process ensures that every detail aligns perfectly with the agreed terms, resulting in error-free and successful campaigns. With their expertise, we maintain the highest standards of quality and accuracy for every campaign.

About the Position
Reports to: QA Lead, Campaign Ops
Location: Atlanta or Remote

As a QA Specialist at Cardlytics, you will play a critical role in ensuring the flawless execution of advertiser campaigns. You will be reviewing each campaign setup meticulously, cross-checking against the advertiser contract to ensure full compliance. Your efforts will help identify and rectify any setup errors before the campaign goes live, ensuring that every detail aligns perfectly with agreed terms. Your expertise will help guarantee that each campaign runs smoothly, meeting our high standards of quality and accuracy.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute QA processes effectively, adhering to established standards and procedures

  • Review and verify campaign setups, ensuring alignment with advertiser contracts

  • Identify and rectify setup errors before campaigns launch

  • Collaborate within the QA team, contributing to team discussions and supporting team members in daily tasks

  • Communicate clearly with team members and stakeholders, actively listening and providing feedback

  • Convey technical information effectively to ensure understanding and alignment

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in project, program management or operations execution

  • Working knowledge of Salesforce, Ads Manager, Google Suite, Excel, and Tableau

  • Ability to execute QA processes effectively while following established standards and procedures

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively and know when to seek additional support

  • Clear communicator with the ability to convey technical information effectively and provide constructive feedback.

  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to contribute to team discussions and support daily tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance role
