About The Position

Cardlytics is seeking a Content Development + Management Director to manage and develop CDLX’s content strategy to align with our goals and target audiences. This role involves planning, creating, and distributing content across our Sales teams to drive growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, strategic planning, with a focus on driving revenue growth and improving sales performance. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead content creation efforts and help shape our team’s narrative.

What You’ll Achieve

  • Develop and implement a content strategy aligned with sales and business objectives.

  • Equip our sales team with the content needed to successfully position the value of Cardlytics across industry verticals and buying personas including presentations, case studies, one sheets, whitepapers, and sales scripts.

  • Work closely with sales teams to understand their needs and challenges while using data and feedback to continuously improve content effectiveness and relevance.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to ensure content is relevant and competitive.

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts including product marketing, designers, writers, and other team members as needed to produce content that is accurate and compelling.

  • Maintain a well-organized content repository that is up-to-date and reflects the latest product information and market trends.

  • Be a champion of the Cardlytics voice and contribute to our overall messaging strategy

Skills You'll Need To Bring

  • 7+ years of experience working in content development with sales teams

  • Proven experience in creating high-quality, engaging, and relevant content that drives revenue

  • An analytical mindset with extensive experience in evaluating content marketing performance

  • Highly collaborative with an ability to seamlessly partner with teams cross-functionally

  • Excellent written and communication skills

Compensation

At Cardlytics salary ranges are determined based on factors such as role, level, and location. Individual compensation may be determined by relevant skills, experience, education, training, and other role-specific criteria. This salary range will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of the aforementioned factors.The base salary range provided below does not include bonuses and additional benefits.


The annual US base salary range for this role is:

$200,000 - $235,000
