What We Need

Corpay is currently looking to hire a Visual Designer; Brand / Multimedia within our PayByPhone division. This position falls under our International Vehicle Payments line of business and is located in Hatfield.

As a skilled and creative Visual Designer you will be joining our mission to simplify parking for drivers. You’ll be at the heart of shaping the brand experience across B2B, and B2C audiences. You’ll help strengthen our brand, create compelling campaign assets, and own the design execution across all marketing channels - from product launches, OOH activations to digital advertising. You’ll be part of an agile, fast-moving marketing and design team, bringing ideas to life through high-quality visual storytelling and consistent brand expression.

You’ll report directly to the Global Marketing Director with an indirect line to the Design Director at Corpay, while working closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, Client teams at PayByPhone and Corpay design teams.

How We Work

As a Visual Designer you will be expected to work in a hybrid office environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include performing and/or managing the following:

  • Brand experience – Design for B2B, and B2C audiences, ensuring our brand resonates across different customer groups.
  • Creative campaigns – Concept, design, and execute assets across all channels: OOH, social, web, digital ads, email, events, and video.
  • Visual storytelling – Transform complex product and marketing messages into clear, engaging, and impactful visuals.
  • Cross-channel execution – Own design delivery from concept to production, ensuring assets perform in digital, print, events and experiential environments.
  • Brand identity & consistency – Contribute to evolving our visual identity, ensuring alignment with PayByPhone’s global brand guidelines.
  • Performance-driven design – Work in pair with Marketing to test creative impact, iterate, and optimise campaigns, bids and sales materials.
  • Collaboration – Partner with stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Events to deliver unified and high-quality outcomes.
  • Creative leadership – Inspire teams and stakeholders with bold design thinking, raise the creative quality of creative execution, and champion innovation.
  • Process organisation – Establish clear workflows and manage design timelines, ensuring smooth execution and delivery across multiple projects. Organise brand assets management and own the adoption within the organisation.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience as a visual, brand, or multimedia designer
  • Portfolio showcasing creative brand development, visual storytelling
  • Strong in concept development, typography, composition, motion, and clean, modern aesthetics
  • Skilled at balancing strategic thinking with excellent execution
  • Proven track record creating multi-channel assets (OOH, digital, social, web, video)
  • Web design expertise and experience with Webflow
  • Experience with brand systems
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, and motion tools
  • Detail-oriented, consistent, and able to manage multiple projects smoothly
  • Comfortable collaborating in distributed teams
  • Bonus: Experience using AI tools for creative concepting
