About The Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity to shape and scale a high-impact business development function focused on Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs) at Dayforce. As Director of GPO Partnerships, you’ll lead our efforts in managing and growing strategic partnerships with key GPO organizations. This role sits at the intersection of enterprise SaaS, indirect sales channels, and strategic partnerships – blending commercial execution with deep relationship management. You’ll work cross-functionally to create co-selling motions, drive pipeline, and ensure Dayforce is well-positioned within the GPO ecosystem.

What You’ll Get To Do

  • GPO Relationship Management – Own and grow relationships with key GPOs, building trust across their category teams, account reps, and leadership.
  • Channel Activation – Develop programs to drive awareness and engagement across GPO member networks, aligning with their marketing and member services teams.
  • Sales Enablement & Acceleration – Partner with field sales to activate GPO agreements as a route to market, reduce friction in procurement, and accelerate deal cycles.
  • Contracting & Attribution – Serve as the internal go-to for navigating pricing, legal, and attribution within GPO-sourced or GPO-enabled deals.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment – Collaborate with legal, finance, sales, and operations to ensure alignment on deal structure, paper flow, and partner value creation.
  • Program Scale – Define and evolve processes, playbooks, and success metrics to scale our GPO strategy across the business,

Skills And Experience We Value

  • 7+ years in partnerships, indirect channels, or strategic business development within enterprise SaaS
  • Experience managing external partner relationships and navigating matrixed organizations
  • Understanding of GPOs, channel sales, or procurement-led sales cycles preferred
  • Commercially minded with a strong grasp of contract mechanics and pricing strategy
  • Excellent communication, executive presence, and internal stakeholder management

What Would Make You Really Stand Out

  • Direct experience working directly with GPOs
  • Familiarity with HCM, payroll, or workforce solutions
