About The Opportunity

We are seeking a strategic and experienced HR Site Director to lead the human resources function for our Philippines region. This role will serve as a key partner to regional business leaders, delivering both strategic guidance and hands-on HR leadership to drive business success through people, culture, and operational excellence.

As the senior HR leader in-region, you will collaborate with business leaders, HR Business Partners (HRBPs), and global Centers of Excellence (COEs) to implement and localize people strategies that align with our business goals. This role requires a high level of influence, operational depth, and a passion for fostering a high-performance culture and employee experience.

What You'll Get To Do

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and talent strategy.
  • Align regional HR initiatives with global strategies through close collaboration with HRBPs and COEs.
  • Partner with global and regional HR teams to align local practices with company-wide strategies and policies.
  • Champion a culture of inclusion, accountability, and continuous improvement across the site.
  • Drive the regional execution of core HR programs including performance management, succession planning, and talent development.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, employment regulations, and statutory benefit programs.
  • Coach and equip leaders to manage change effectively, ensuring adoption and sustainability of new initiatives.
  • Engage key stakeholders to drive alignment and remove implementation barriers.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Employee Relations, and HRBP teams on complex employee issues and terminations.
  • Address critical employee concerns and provide direction to ensure fair and compliant outcomes.
  • Guide HR and business leaders on region-specific HR practices and compliance nuances.
  • Serve as the senior HR representative for Philippines, ensuring effective local execution of global strategies and tailoring initiatives to local needs.
  • Lead and support regional HR projects focused on operational excellence, standardization, and continuous improvement.
  • Align regional HRBP goals with broader HR strategy and foster best-practice sharing across global and functional HR teams.

Skills And Experience We Value

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in a multinational environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippines labor laws, compensation practices, and HR operations.
  • Proven track record of strategic HR partnership, change leadership, and people development.
  • Ability to influence across all levels of the organization with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working in a matrixed organization and across time zones.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Dayforce) is a plus.
