Job Description
This Elavon Administrative Supervisor will monitor the delivery of professional, administrative services that requires knowledge of the assigned functional area in which responsible. Must have the ability to analyze, interpret and resolve inquiries from customers both internally and externally regarding policies and procedures for the assigned area. Also requires the ability to delegate work and provide direction to staff, managing the workflow to ensure service expectations are met. Administers and supervises special projects and programs for the area - compiles and analyzes reports for management and makes recommendations.
Position Highlights
- Ensure compliance with Bank policies and requirements
- Analyzes, interprets and resolves inquiries from customers and/or internal clients regarding policies and procedures applicable to Elavon’s airline clients
- Manages workflow and ensures that service expectations are met
- Under limited direction administers and supervises special projects and programs for the area
- Delegates work and provides direction to clerical staff
- Ensure compliance with Bank policies and requirements
- Supervise projects for area with the ability to face all levels of staff, including management or external customers
- Make recommendations for procedural, informational, budgetary and planning purposes
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum technical, trade or business school certificate, or equivalent work experience
- Five or more years of administrative or operations experience
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Minimum 2 years chargeback experience is required
- 2 years of supervisory experience
- Problem solving skills with minimal guidance
- Ability to perform complex research, compile statistics
- Team oriented
- Advanced knowledge of functional area, applicable systems and policies and procedures for the assigned area
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Skilled in Microsoft Office applications
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Thorough knowledge of the organization's human resources policies and procedures
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Well-developed ability to resolve complex problems with minimal guidance

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, US Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401k contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
