Job Description
The Business Continuity Analyst partners closely with assigned Lines of Business, Technology teams, and Risk/Compliance/Audit stakeholders to support and strengthen the organization’s technology and business resiliency capabilities. This role plays a key part in ensuring resiliency plans are accurate, compliant with enterprise standards, and aligned with regulatory and operational expectations.
The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of resiliency and risk concepts, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is comfortable navigating evolving priorities while driving practical, effective solutions.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. Pay Range: $71,400.00 - $84,000.00

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Lines of Business and cross‑functional resiliency stakeholders to support technology and business resiliency planning efforts
- Create, implement, maintain, review, and oversee resiliency documentation in alignment with enterprise standards
- Support recovery strategy development, testing, and ongoing plan maintenance activities
- Identify gaps, risks, or weaknesses in resiliency planning and recommend solutions to minimize operational and technology risk
- Participate in projects and initiatives that ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations
- Review and maintain resiliency plans to ensure accuracy, completeness, and readiness
- Support consolidation and simplification initiatives across resiliency programs
- Serve as a liaison between the Lines of Business and Risk, Compliance, and Audit partners
- Identify, respond to, and escalate resiliency‑related risks as appropriate
- Strong understanding of technology resiliency, business continuity, and recovery concepts
- Ability to assess risk and apply practical, efficient solutions
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience partnering with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to think strategically
- Comfortable working through ambiguity and evolving regulatory or operational requirements

- Hybrid work environment- In Minnesota 3 days in office
- Occasional travel to a designated hub may be required
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Typically more than two years of applicable experience
- Intermediate knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, financial services, and regulatory trends that impact their assigned line of business
- Intermediate understanding of the business line’s operations, products/services, systems, and associated risks/controls
- Basic knowledge of Risk/Compliance/Audit competencies
- Strong analytical, process facilitation and project management skills
- Effective presentation, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages, including Microsoft Office applications and word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations
