Job Description
The Business Technology Analyst role operates within OPS Control Support, supporting Performing Mortgage Servicing Operations with a focus on risk management, audit issue resolution, and quality control execution. The team is responsible for managing audit findings and Archer CITs, developing and tracking resolution plans, maintaining procedures and reporting, and supporting preventive quality controls to ensure regulatory compliance and operational accuracy across servicing processes.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. Pay Range: $71,400.00 - $84,000.00

Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports, leveraging SQL and data warehouse tables to translate business metrics into clear, actionable visual insights.
- Support Performing Servicing Issue Management, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of audit defects and Archer CITs.
- Assist in developing resolution plans, including defining required evidence, ownership, and deliverables to support issue closure.
- Track and manage assignments against fixed audit and regulatory timelines, ensuring adherence to non‑negotiable deadlines.
- Produce and maintain weekly and monthly reporting to provide business line transparency and visibility to senior leadership.
- Present complex business, risk, and control concepts through effective visualizations (e.g., tables, bar charts, line charts, line trends, and other data visual formats).
- Partner with business and risk stakeholders to support intake, understanding, and execution of reporting and issue remediation needs.
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Three to five years of direct experience (with project lead experience), or five to eight years of related experience
- Ability to conduct an analysis of business needs, including scheduling meetings, planning agendas, conferring with business line leaders, documenting and making verbal and written presentations.
- Strong Microsoft Power Point, Power BI, SQL Query Analyzer, Dax, and M skills required.
- Power App experience preferred.
- PL-300 Power BI certification useful
- Strong organizational and analytical skills as well as working knowledge of effective control design.
- Solid understanding of project management techniques and testing processes.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with strong negotiation skills.
- Demonstrates credibility by exemplifying honesty and integrity.
