Administrative Assistant – Global Trade & Standby Services - Operations

Join a highly collaborative and fast-paced team supporting Global Trade & Standby Services—an area critical to enabling international business, managing risk, and supporting complex financial transactions across global markets. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted partner to leadership, helping drive operational excellence, organization, and seamless execution across a dynamic and evolving business.
This is more than a traditional administrative role—you’ll act as an extension of leadership, playing a key role in keeping priorities aligned, stakeholders informed, and day-to-day operations running efficiently.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. Pay Range: $24.18 - $32.21

In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted partner to leadership, helping drive operational excellence, organization, and seamless execution across a dynamic and evolving business.
This is more than a traditional administrative role—you’ll act as an extension of leadership, playing a key role in keeping priorities aligned, stakeholders informed, and day-to-day operations running efficiently.
What You’ll Do
- Partner closely with senior leadership to manage complex calendars, priorities, and scheduling across multiple stakeholders
- Coordinate meetings, travel, and logistics with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence to support team initiatives and decision-making
- Manage expense reporting and administrative workflows with a focus on timeliness and quality
- Support special projects and contribute to team initiatives within Global Trade & Standby Services
- Proactively identify and resolve administrative challenges, helping the team stay organized and forward-focused
- Serve as a key point of coordination across internal partners and teams
- High visibility and impact: Directly support leadership within a specialized global banking function

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Typically five or more years of experience in administrative and support staff activities
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interpret data, generate reports, and support business needs
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities
- Experience supporting senior leaders or working in a fast-paced corporate environment
