We're looking to hire a Vice President of Product Management in either our Boise, Idaho or Atlanta, Georgia offices. You will provide thought leadership to drive the creation of product strategy and portfolio management for the chargeback prevention and recovery products in Equifax Digital Solutions (EDS), maximizing opportunities through comprehensive solutions and marketing plans relevant to the assigned market/vertical.
The VP will partner with vertical leaders to drive and deliver product line performance (revenue, margin, growth) for multiple large/complex product sets with high revenue potential, enabling achievement of revenue and growth targets.
What you’ll do

Identify and develop new solutions leveraging market expertise, direct customer feedback and input from customer facing teams

Manage new product innovation and go-to-market execution including launch and life cycle management from idea to strategies to product plans, driving the definition and execution

Lead product strategy, road-mapping and design to align to market demand and strategic goals

Engage with global product teams to leverage best practices and global trends

Maximize growth opportunities through comprehensive product portfolio and marketing plan relevant to market and segment needs

Identify, implement and manage product partnerships to drive revenue growth and market penetration. Engage and define strategies needed to support differentiation and utilization of assets

Identify, recruit, develop, retain and lead team of managers and individuals accountable for developing market leading solutions
What experience you need
-
5-10 years of experience in product management in technology
-
5 years of experience working in a design-led agile development environment driven by customer use-case requirements and sponsor users
-
2 years of experience in payments or working in financial services
-
2 years of experience leading and managing a team
What could set you apart

Experience with simplifying complex end-to-end user journeys into delightful user experiences (whether through technology, go-to-market approach, and/or business process/supporting processes)

Strong communication skills and presentation skills - need to be extremely comfortable presenting to internal executives/stakeholders and external customers

Proven ability to lead across a global, diverse organization

Experience with identity related technology and/or digital fraud in financial industry

Experience delivering products in a cloud/API first environment

Track record for public speaking and publishing digital content/thought leadership pieces
