Customer Care Representative (Court Research)

We are seeking a uniquely talented Research Associate to perform skilled analysis of public records from disparate sources including web-based public portals ensuring accurate public record information is provided to our clients according to internal company standards. This role will also be responsible for completing inbound and outbound calls and data entry work using a standard verification processes.
This role will be an onsite position located in West Des Moines, Iowa. $16.00 per hour. Overtime eligible.
What you’ll do:

Performs skilled public records research in accordance with established procedures using various court access systems.

Reviews and analyzes public record data, identifying key information and accurately transcribing it into internal systems according to a standardized format or based on customer requirements.

Establishes and maintains rapport with Licensing Boards and other Governmental Agencies via telephone, facsimile and email as needed to complete public record research.

Reviews own work or peer reviews of other team members to ensure accuracy in search criteria and data entry and compliance with internal research and reporting standards prior to returning results.

Validate/complete and document requested data through phone, fax or email contact

Analyze and research more in-depth data of information requested, utilizing appropriate resources
What experience you need:

High School diploma or equivalent

Basic computer skills and abilities to learn various software for data evaluation including Understanding of PC functions, including Windows-based applications
What could set you apart:

Strong proficiency in understanding county court records, the nature of county criminal offenses and how they progress through the criminal justice system, and the nuances and differences across varying jurisdictions.

Experienced within a high-volume, contact center environment
