Equifax is seeking creative, high-energy, diverse and driven Technology Product Leader

What you’ll do

• Lead the product practice for the Victim Services product line across the entire product lifecycle in collaboration with business Product Managers.  

• Utilize strong technical aptitude and experience to deliver a wide array of product features that align to product vision and strategies and articulate that vision and strategy as the technology-focused product leader.

• Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraint

• Partner with business to understand market opportunities, customer expectations and industry trends and identify opportunities to create functionality that spans multiple products over time.

• Develop and drive the implementation of standard processes and procedures across Product to ensure efficiency, consistency and clarity across the team.

• Communicate with and report out to internal stakeholders including product managers and leadership to aid in decision making.

What experience you need

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• 7+ years managing cross-functional technology products, projects or programs

• 5 + years of experience in the Product Management space.

• 7 + years of experience in the Technical fluency; comfort discussing or diving deep on technology concepts, schedule tradeoffs and new opportunities with technical team members; understanding of the entire technology stack

• Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders without having a formal reporting relationship

• Experience in technology roles, ideal candidate may have strong business insight

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills

• You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with team members at various levels, including business leaders and being able to represent Equifax to clients 

• Ability to implement concepts, ideas and plans while functioning in a flexible, constantly changing environment

• Deep attention to detail including precise and effective interpersonal communications, active listening, and proven ability to manage a variety of priorities simultaneously

• Comfortable presenting to an executive audience and commanding diverse cross-functional teams in a composed, poised and professional demeanor

• History of teamwork and willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done
