Responsible for the management of ongoing contractual relationships and the operational delivery of services to clients for an account or group of accounts. Serves as the prime point of contact to the client(s) regarding overall and day-to-day service delivery. Takes primary responsibility for client satisfaction with service delivery. Response for programs to establish and maintain quality standards of existing products and services.
What you’ll do
• Respond to claims, questionnaires and other unemployment related data via email and telephone.
• Analyze individual case information by reviewing data accessed through the PC, from documented telephone calls or document images, to determine if the facts warrant a response.
• Address any client questions, concerns or issues and escalate as needed.
• Works as a team with our Unemployment Insurance Consultants to ensure accurate and necessary information retrieved from customers is documented clearly and thoroughly into our database.
• Ensures that work is accurate and complete, processed in a timely manner with proper spelling and grammar.

Answer incoming phone calls via the state agency response center phone line
• Overtime may be required in order to meet state deadlines.
What experience you need
• Performs clerical, administrative, technical, operational, or manual work
• Typically requires vocational training, apprenticeships or the equivalent experience
• Performs duties according to established procedures
• Has limited prior training or relevant work experience
• Requires basic skills to perform routine tasks
• Works with either close supervision or under clearly defined procedures
