What you will do:
- Welcome new employees warmly and help them acclimate to Equifax; reinforce that same courteous and professional manner with advanced employees.
- Instruct newly hired employees on WSS concepts, the specifics of their particular job, EWS platforms, and any other essential skills for their role.
- Evaluate trainee progress and adjust training methods to suit individual trainee needs
- Maintain records for training programs, including evaluations and employee participation. Works with QA to develop action plans for Outliers.

Attend meetings with all Business Owners, Subject Matter Experts, Team Leads and Supervisors on any modification of processes.

The trainer will need to utilize both group and one-on-one training to teach procedures, essential regulations, responsive customer service, etc.
- Reinforce the sense of urgency involved in handling dated materials and in organizing their work to accomplish team and departmental goals.
- Serve as a general subject matter expert for all employees through training programs, and answering individual questions.
- Work closely with peers, Success Lead, QA and Operations to determine trainee needs and communicate trainee progress regularly
- Generate ideas and training classes to enhance the overall WSS program
- Conduct client training, when needed, and answer client questions specific to the courses.
- Effectively communicate important procedural and technology updates to WSS
- Act as a vehicle for Change Management by identifying training needs and areas of risk for WSS related to upcoming procedural and technical changes
What experience you will need:
- Leadership ability and ability to motivate others
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, outstanding presentation skills with groups of all sizes
- Ability to break complex concepts down so that internal and external clients can understand them
- Excellent customer service skills and exceptional levels of patience
- Ability to use different methods or take different approaches as required by each unique trainee
- Must have the capacity to read, understand, and correctly apply regulations and departmental standard operating procedures
- Ability to work both independently and within the teams.
- Excellent organizational skills and a high level of decision making skills
- Ability to flourish in an environment that requires you to deal with multiple issues concurrently and change plans without a great deal of notice
- Build relationships and successfully interact with clients and individuals within all levels of Equifax
- Must set an example for professional behavior and adherence to policies.
- Ability to break down complex, technical processes for trainees so that they can assist customers effectively
- Technical training experience required, with ideal candidate knowledgeable on multiple EWS roles
- Bachelor’s Degree, with advanced degrees and/or training certifications a plus
- Prior leadership, presentation, and training experience required
- Technical experience with databases, data files, logs, configurations, and troubleshooting preferred

- Proficiency in Windows based technology and the Microsoft Office suite of applications
- Use of presentations aids (projectors, power point, etc)
- Instructional design, graphic design, or material development skills a plus
- Thorough knowledge of all Equifax WSS applications
