The Pricing Consultant is responsible for driving growth through price within the Business Units. Reporting to the Price Senior Leader, the Pricing Consultant is responsible for driving growth through price within the Business Units/Verticals. This person will lead strategic pricing engagements for Executive leadership, focused on optimizing price position across market segments and key product lines. They will also deliver thought-leadership on pricing within large Equifax business units, regions and countries.

This position is part of a hybrid work environment. This person will report to the office 3 days a week.

What you will do

• Own planning and execution of Pricing lead growth initiatives

• Manage annual price increase programs, including billing table management, and sales education

• Support Product Management providing monetization strategies for new product innovations and broader product lifecycle pricing

• Provide high impact strategic analyses to support price optimization and value-based selling

• Lead strategic pricing engagements for executive leadership, focused on optimizing price position across market segments and key product lines

• Develop deep expertise in market and competitive environments across various USIS Non-Mortgage Verticals and Lines of Business 

• Partner with Finance and Pricing Operations to ensure revenue reporting and scorecards reflect pricing action

What experience you need

• 8+ years experience deploying profit optimizing monetization strategies in a multi-channel B2B environment

• Willingness to “roll up your sleeves” to ensure flawless execution of Pricing initiatives

• Exceptional analytical and communication skills (both “Hard” and “Soft” skills)

• Exceptional ability to synthesize data into strategic and tactical recommendations

• Passion for creative problem solving

• Ability to execute in a fast paced, complex environment

• Comfort communicating and building Presentations for senior leaders

What could set you apart

• MBA preferred, but not required

• Strategy or Pricing Consultancy experience a plus

• Strong working knowledge in Tableau, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and Google Docs required
