We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to organize and coordinate programs for the Digital Marketing and Experience team. You will provide strategic guidance to team leaders in ways that promote collaboration, innovation and speed-to-execution. The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader, with the ability to quickly develop relationships to help foster an environment of creative thinking, engagement and results. We are looking for someone who has experience in indirect management of staff of different disciplines to produce results in a timely manner. They will also be able to develop efficient strategies and tactics. The goal is to ensure that all programs deliver the desirable outcome to our organization

What you’ll do

• Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projects

• Decide on suitable strategies and objectives

• Coordinate cross-project activities

• Lead and evaluate team effectiveness

• Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities

• Apply change, risk and resource management

• Assume responsibility for the program’s people and vendors

• Assess program performance and aim to maximize ROI

• Resolve projects’ higher scope issues

• Prepare reports for program directors

What experience you need  

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant job experience

• 5+ years of program or project management experience 

• Expertise in common project management software 

What could set you apart

• Master’s Degree 

• Proficiency in Google Suite

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Team player with strong interpersonal skills

• Must be able to present examples of prior work

• Ability to travel <10%
