At Equifax, the Product, Data & Analytics, and Technology (PDAT) 12-week Internship Program (May 13th - August 2nd 2024) is a gateway to full-time career paths for current university students. The program provides meaningful projects with direct impact on our business as well as exposure to senior leaders and opportunities to network. This particular role will provide experience and opportunity across our PDAT Global Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Strategy and Integration practice.

We are currently considering internship candidates who are pursuing their undergraduate Bachelor’s Degree and have an expected graduation date between May 2025 and May 2026.

The internship program begins May 13th, 2024 and ends on August 2nd, 2024.
What You’ll Do
-
Gain insight and experience across acquisition integration activities by participating on project work across several disciplines within M&A.

Assist in maintaining executive status reporting to CTO, CEO and BOD by supporting colleagues in the M&A group.

Coordinate activities across matrixed shared services teams, acquisition teams, and sponsoring Business Units.

Support development of M&A Analytics products via data analysis and/or development in tools such as Google Sheets, Database and Warehousing Management, and Business Intelligence reporting via Tableau.

Collaborate and contribute to the continuous development and improvement of templates/playbooks, particularly for planning and execution of all phases of M&A, e.g. discovery, diligence, integration planning, and integration execution.
What experience you need

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other Technology-related field and/or a demonstrated aptitude for complex problem solving and change management.

Evidence of complex problem-solving in which your collaborative role on a team proved essential to driving progress and results.

Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in conjunction with others.

Graduation date between May 2025 and May 2026.

Ability to work onsite at our office in midtown Atlanta, GA on a full-time basis for the entire duration of the internship which will be May 13th - August 2nd 2024.

Some knowledge or experience in consulting, business strategy, M&A, data analytics, and/or project management.

Ability to work closely and transparently with colleagues at-speed and to adapt to quickly changing project requirements and continuous feedback.

Familiarity with Agile development practices.

Experience in GSuite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)

Prior corporate internship or externship experience preferred.
