The Equifax Digital Solutions (EDS) Product Management leader will have responsibility for understanding markets and the competitive landscape, developing a differentiated short-term and long-term global strategy with defined product roadmaps and business plans. This leader will drive product delivery with a design-thinking led mindset.

The leader owns the Identify, Fraud and Compliance strategy for EDS and leads a senior team (inclusive of product management and design) to drive strategy to execution and make sure there is alignment across the cross-functional organizations of sales, marketing, data & analytics (D&A), technology and customer success.

This role also includes operational responsibility for Equifax fraud monitoring platforms. Success will be measured on attainment of global revenue targets, management of P&L, delivery of global strategy and product, and product performance metrics (e.g. usage and NPS).

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain long and short team global Identity and Fraud product strategy and roadmap for EDS - play significant role in the “growth playbook” process

  • Continue to understand external market and feed innovation into the organization

  • Understand and influence how the business can expand and enhance strategic growth areas for the business

  • Responsible for the consolidation of platforms and end to end product management with localized products for each region. Prioritization of business/investment cases and resources for organization.

  • Build and develop classic product and design skills within product organization and define expectations of D&A, Technology and Marketing to deliver product strategy. And drive successful execution of product roadmap while ensuring timely new product introduction

  • Manage a significant organizational budget and balance budget against needs of business and the needs of the customer

  • Work as a strategic partner to customers and other parts of the internal business. Define and execute M&A strategy and responsible for driving a design-thinking led product mindset in the organization. Participate as a member of Equifax’s global product council helping to define and drive product management as a disciple in and grow product leaders across the global company

What experience you need

  • 5+ years of experience in the global fraud and identity space

  • 10+ years working in this space with established industry-relevant contacts.

  • 2 or more years experience with mergers and acquisitions

  • 5 or more years experience building design-led product management cultures with a proven track record for success

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or similar field required.

What could set you apart

  • M.B.A. preferred

  • Ideal candidate will be a seasoned product/P&L professional with experience leading and managing teams, deploying recurring revenue solutions to the C-suite, and working within matrixed organizations in close partnership with engineering, sales and marketing.

  • Ideally, the candidate has experience in a high growth market with double digit revenue growth

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal skills.

  • Must be capable of simply communicating large complex ideas to executive and global audiences. Listens carefully and encourages/accepts other points of view.

  • Builds Teamwork: Develops effective working relationships with peers, managers, and senior management within and across organizational lines. Works effectively and cooperatively with customers and vendors.

  • Adaptability: Adjusts well to situations (e.g., different management styles, new methods, systems and procedures) and changing priorities within the business and the marketplace.

  • Management of Resources: Is well organized and focuses on the highest priorities first. Strong project management skills required.

  • Development of People: Initiates and takes responsibility for own development as well as peers and subordinates.

  • Problem Solving Skills: Strategic and innovative thinking with ability to develop and understand financial and economic scenarios.

  • Technical Skills: Experience in the technology and/or data industries or working with technology and/or data-related products and services preferred. Should understand the basic concepts of technology and/or data product development and delivery.
