Equifax is seeking a Sales Support Consultant. This role’s primary responsibility is supporting the sales force by providing account support, maintenance, and issue resolution.
What you'll do:
Provide account support, analysis, complex issue resolution, quality enhancement, and subject matter expertise as it relates to the onboarding process.
Provide account support by executing account maintenance and client configuration requests
Audit all cases to ensure quality and accuracy of data provided to downstream teams.
Analyze complex and diverse issues/client data
Serve as liaison between operational staff and client relations group.
Take responsibility for assigned tasks ensuring completion within required timeframes.
What experience you need:
2-5 years of sales support and/or customer service experience
Bachelor's degree preferred
What could set you apart:
Advanced degree preferred
Experience in Salesforce, Google Suite, Microsoft Office
