Cloud Service Operations Analyst will ensure ongoing operating system compliance with security protocols and regulatory standards, support ancillary systems utilized by infrastructure teams, resolve server and operating system infrastructure incidents, and provide Tier 3 diagnostics/troubleshooting for infrastructure incidents and problems.

What you’ll do

• Ensure ongoing operating system compliance with security protocols and regulatory standards
  Support ancillary systems utilized by infrastructure teams

• Resolve server and operating system infrastructure incidents

• Proactively monitor infrastructure health and capacity

• Provide audit and compliance data as required

• Provide specialty support for Unix/Linux systems, and cloud enabled solutions.

• Automate capabilities into the overall platform

• DISA STIG Configuration & Management

• Assist in designing and delivering resilient systems and configurations

• Document systems, processes, incidents, and changes

• Assist business partners with technical initiatives

• Support and drive cloud initiatives

• May be required to provide off-hours support

What experience you need

• 5- y years overall experience working with the following technologies

  • Google cloud development

  • Jenkins, Chef, Terraform and Ant Experience

  • Strong GitHub skills

  • Python, Bash

• Expert OS (RedHat/Windows Server) understanding

• Strong FedRamp experience

• CIS Benchmark Expertise
