We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Sales Execution Leader for a critical role responsible for driving revenue growth and optimizing OnlyEFX's sales efforts. This pivotal position requires a strong analytical mindset, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage a robust portfolio of sales opportunities from prospecting to close. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the sales team and leadership to monitor progress, provide critical resources, and drive focus on strategic accounts. A key responsibility will be to champion proactive prospecting by identifying and targeting new high-potential accounts, particularly within our ACDC, partner, talent, and higher education verticals.
The ideal candidate for this hybrid position will be based in our Atlanta office, with in-office work required on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays and the flexibility to work remote on Mondays and Fridays.
What you’ll do:
Opportunity Prospecting:
Execute analytical studies to identify lenders with opportunities for enterprise revenue growth
Collaborate with sales team for opportunities for enterprise growth (RFP notices, customer requested proposals, etc).
Partner with sales teams to develop detailed account-level analysis (e.g. opportunity map) to quantify growth potential and validate the accounts opportunity & constraints related to growth.
Opportunity Portfolio Management & Engagement:
Collaborate and ensure with the sales team to build OnlyEFX account plans.
Support sales activities by managing issues and needs communicated by the sales team.
Develop and maintain the portfolio of OnlyEFX accounts that have been considered and are in scope.
Create account opportunity summaries & updates for SLT & ELT reviews
Monitor account opportunity progress and escalate issues to sales teams & OnlyEFX SLT.
Post Closure Lessons Learned:
Lead account closure lessons learned meetings and document, distribute information to appropriate teams
What experience you need:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
7-10 years of experience in sales or sales operations roles, preferably in the financial services industry.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
A deep understanding of the sales process and the ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams.
