The Independence Center Intern is responsible for data entry, filing, photo copying, sorting and/or distribution of documents as directed by CDS Management.
What you’ll do
Prep and File documents according to supervisory direction. File and mail POA/OMA documents to the states weekly
Enter or key information into a computer. Batch document to send to imaging
Distribute documents to the appropriate personnel as required/needed.
The Intern may be requested to code or load information into the computer or other filing means.Prepare +and send Weekly Listing Reports to clients
Additional projects and duties as deemed by management.
What experience you need
High School diploma or GED
6 months prior office experience
Intermediate experience with MS Outlook, Word, Excel and Windows-based programs is preferred.
