Director, Corporate Meetings and Programs
Equifax
Equifax is where you can power your possible. If you want to achieve your true potential, chart new paths, develop new skills, collaborate with bright minds, and make a meaningful impact, we want to hear from you.
Equifax is seeking a Director, Corporate Meetings and Programs who understands that true hospitality is in the details. Reporting to the Senior Director, Brand Marketing and Meetings, you will be behind our corporate-level meetings, high-profile incentive programs, executive summits, and C-Suite engagements from conception through execution including creation and management of a budget, timeline, management of outside vendors, regular communication with key stakeholders, and on-site execution. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in corporate meeting planning.
You will have the flexibility to work out of either our Global Corporate HQ in Midtown or our Technology hub in Alpharetta, operating on a hybrid schedule that values face-to-face collaboration. Please note that we are not accepting employment sponsorship of any kind, including STEM and OPT extensions, for this position.
What You’ll Do:
Execute with Excellence: Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of corporate-level meetings, incentive trips, and customer hospitality programs from conception to post-event analysis.
Deliver White-Glove Hospitality: Manage all program elements for high-level executives and attendees, ensuring a seamless, luxury experience that aligns with the Equifax brand.
Vendor & Partner Management: Research, secure, and manage vendors for all meeting elements (function space, transportation, F&B, entertainment, offsite activities). You will evaluate suppliers and maintain relationships with major partners, including sourcing, registration, and gifting partners.
Financial Stewardship: Develop and manage program budgets with autonomy. You will track actual spend vs. budget, process vendor payments, report on ROI, and independently devise contingency plans to keep programs on track financially.
Logistical Mastery: Project manage every detail, including attendees/rooming lists, complex agendas, and transportation manifests. You will coordinate with our in-house travel agency to support seamless attendee travel.
Content & Creative Coordination: Work with the core planning team to align content and presenters with program goals. You will coordinate marketing efforts (emails, invitations, apps) with the Creative team to develop cohesive themes and graphics.
Tech Enablement: Develop program websites for logistical information and manage online registration via Stova (formerly Aventri/Etouches).
Luxury Gifting: Drive the ideation and production management of high-end attendee gifts and giveaways that leave a lasting impression.
Consultative Leadership: Provide guidance and leadership to administrative assistants for internal meeting planning, sharing best practices to ensure brand consistency across the enterprise.
What Experience You Need:
Education: Bachelor's degree required. A focus in Marketing, Hospitality, or Meeting Management is preferred.
Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in high-end corporate meeting planning, operations, and hospitality.
Executive Presence: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the proven ability to communicate confidently with team members at all levels, specifically C-suite business leaders.
Agility: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple fast-moving, high-stakes projects simultaneously without losing composure.
Vendor Relations: Strong ability to negotiate with vendors and clearly articulate needs and expectations to ensure delivery standards are met.
Travel: Ability to travel up to 20% of the time to execute programs on-site.
Work Authorization: Please note that we are not accepting employment sponsorship of any kind, including STEM and OPT extensions, for this position.
What Could Set You Apart:
