This job is essential to Bank operations and will be an onsite role.

We are in search of an entry level employee that can assist our cash handler team to be more efficient and productive to meet the Cash Services mission. As a Warehouse Assistant, you are responsible for keeping a safe and organized work area in a fast paced highly regulated environment. All training will be provided to selected candidates.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Moving inventory and materials in containers and carts on wheels
• Assisting in conducting room and trash inspections to ensure all valuables are removed
• Organizing supplies
• Assisting with filing, copying, and shredding
• Assisting in repairing equipment
• Utilizing power equipment to safely and efficiently stack containers and pallets
• Organizing workspace according to specific guidelines

Hours: Monday – Friday, 730am – 430pm

Skills: Teamwork, self-motivated, positive attitude, attention to detail, customer focused and safety oriented. Experience with a forklift, certified preferred. Ability to read and follow strict procedural requirements a must.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to push equipment weighing 800 pounds, and lift up to 40 - 60 pounds repeatedly as well as have the ability to stand for extended periods of time
