What we do:
The International Policy & Strategy function in the Markets Group is responsible for strategically
strengthening the Bank’s international relationships to generate insights about the global economic and financial environment, enable collaboration on issues of mutual interest, and facilitate the execution of the Bank’s international responsibilities.
The International Committees and Seminars department in the International Policy & Strategy function is responsible for supporting the President and other executives in their representation of the Bank in multilateral international fora, promoting cross-Bank information sharing of international work by facilitating the International Committee Advisory Group (ICAG) and developing and implementing central banker programs in support of the Bank’s international engagement and operational activities.
Your role as International Central Bank Liaison Associate/International Committees and Seminars:
Provide administrative and program support for all aspects of the Bank’s in-person and online international seminars and programs.
Lead development of communications through the Bank’s internal and external websites, email campaigns and targeted communication for foreign central bank leaders.
Collaborate with event planning staff to develop program invitations, registration, web portals and overall program execution.
Monitor registration flow and provide regular updates regarding enrollment numbers and geographic distribution of participants.
Liaise with internal subject matter experts to obtain program presentation materials as needed.
Coordinate design and production of program-related publications (agendas, annual program brochure, and program-specific materials.)
Track program-related invoices and department spending; provide semi-annual reports to department management
Manage distribution of post-seminar surveys, conduct analysis, and make recommendations for program improvements.
Respond to information requests from foreign central bankers and other program participants.
Serve as power-user for department software and cloud applications (SharePoint, MS Dynamics 365, Microsoft Teams) including configuration and routine maintenance such as updating contacts and cleaning data
What we are looking for:
Experience in an administrative/program coordination/program management role preferably with an international component
Background managing multiple projects that require strong time management, problem-solving, attention to detail and prioritization skills
Strong customer service skills and ability to build relationships both internally and externally
Understanding of the role and work of the Federal Reserve
Skilled in SharePoint, Microsoft Dynamics and Teams administration, including uploading documents and managing sites and libraries
Someone who can adapt to a changing operating environment and has a tolerance for ambiguity
Salary Range: $118900-$141800 / year
