Federal Reserve Bank of St. LouisSupervision Learning is looking for an engaged, dynamic Project Analyst. Our team supports the national examiner commissioning programs and learning projects for Supervision within the Federal Reserve System. Our teams are comprised of staff from all 12 Reserve Banks and the Board of Governors. These national teams operate virtually and meet periodically in person.Reporting to the Portfolio Manager, you will keep the project team focused on the right goal by defining our problems, shaping priorities, managing risks, supporting our reporting needs, and allocating resources. You will ensure projects are delivered with the right-sized scope, budget, and timeline.

Responsibilities
Provides support for the department’s portfolio management processes. This includes analyzing trends, drafting and updating communications, assisting with self-audits, data analysis, and data reporting.
Coordinate multiple bank-level engagements simultaneously
Share leading roles on interdisciplinary/cross-functional teams, products, and projects
Create and maintain relevant artifacts to support opportunity management and ongoing engagements, including proposals, charters, schedules, scope statements, communications, change/risk/issue tracking, budget, and status reports
Contribute to stakeholder analysis and engagement efforts
Work with project teams to identify, mitigate, and communicate risks throughout the project and escalating awareness of project and performance risks.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or commensurate experience
1 year of relevant work experience (including internships, work co-ops, practicums, etc.)
Experience establishing and maintaining organizational relationships with diverse groups
Experience using collaboration, analytical and project management tools (task management, project, and portfolio management; CRM, etc.) such as Project, Planview, Visio, and O365
Travel (<5%)

Salary: 70,000 - 78,000
