As a recruiter, you are part of the Talent Acquisition team, working closely with business lines to support full-cycle recruitment activities for open positions across the organization. Additionally, you will partner with business lines to advise and counsel employees on opportunities and career planning activities.

Key Activities:

  • Establishes recruiting requirements by meeting with business line management and implements practices and strategies accordingly.
  • Monitors hiring needs and provides solutions to address turnover and/or growth.
  • Creates sourcing, recruiting, and interviewing plans to identify qualified and diverse pools of candidates. May participate in external recruiting events.
  • Screens candidates against defined job criteria and recommends applicants based upon analysis of applicant’s skills and/or conducts phone screens. Serve as a first-line resume review and phone screening for the team.
  • In partnership with compensation and hiring managers, determines and extends employment offers.

Job Requirements:

  • Typically requires at least three or more years of relevant recruitment experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a closely related field from an accredited college or university, or equivalent combination of directly related education and/or experience.
  • Experience with Workday is strongly preferred.

Location(s):

  • Hybrid, KC office 50% of the time.

Pay Range: The starting pay range for this position is $63,200 to $86,900 for the job level(s) required for this position. Final offers are determined by factors including the candidate’s qualifications, internal alignment considerations, district assignment, and geographic location.

Sponsorship: Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
