About the Opportunity

The OCISO has an immediate opening for an Experienced IS Analyst, reporting to the Senior Manager – Info Security Monica Lee.

This role will coordinate and collaborate with peers, technologist and leadership across the FRS in support of the execution Cyber Security policy and assurance measures. A fundamental understanding of cyber security best practices is highly desired. Additionally, strong communication skills and a demonstrated innovative, growth-oriented mindset is essential.

What You Will Do:

  • Advise on best practices and how to implement necessary changes to address business needs and recommended alternatives in adherence with Security best practices.
  • Identify key metrics for assessing value provided through engagement and enablement of security partners and customers.
  • Provide analysis and strategic guidance for major business issues through collaboration.
  • Proactively search for and recommend sustainable solutions utilizing established methodology and tools.

Qualifications:

  • BS or associate’s degree with technical background
  • Experience with Project management, analyzing data for outcomes, following established procedures and protocols, defining best practices through innovative solutioning
  • Fundamental understanding of cyber security and cloud, Project management

  • The hiring range for Analyst – IS - Experienced is $83,100 – $103,900 annually.
  • For candidates outside Richmond, VA, listed hiring and salary ranges may be adjusted based on your geographic location.
  • Salary offered will be based on the job responsibilities and the individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience as defined in the job qualifications.
