Federal Reserve Bank of MinneapolisThe Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis is seeking a Records and Information Management (RIM) Analyst to join our team.

You will be supporting Records Information Management (RIM) activities, projects, and collaborating across the organization. This role reports to the Manager, Records & Information Management.

This position requires regular on-site presence. This position does not sponsor any employment visas.

Overview of Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for the 9th District on records related topics, such as compliance, retention, disposition, document labeling, records management systems and databases, and records management standards.

  • Provide analytic support and consultation to department management and staff for business planning, decision-making and project support for operational process improvements and/or enhancements.

  • Prepare communications, including proposals, reports, metrics, and presentations for all levels of management.

  • Lead small to moderately sized projects for the RIM business unit by planning and executing project scope, interacts with cross-functional business area teams in completing project deliverables.

  • Assist with developing and revising procedures, defining processes, and delivering training to users.

  • Collaborate with team members and partners in other business areas, such as Information Technology and Security, Archives, Data Management, Data Privacy, and Legal.

  • Represent the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis on system records groups, participates in system-wide records initiatives, and communicates with management and business lines of upcoming policies or process changes related to records.

  • Support physical records management for both onsite and offsite storage. Fulfill item requests, complete quality reviews, and perform research.

To be considered for the Records and Information Management Analyst III position, you must meet the required qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Library Science, or a related field and 5 years of direct work-related experience or equivalent combination of related completed higher education and experience.

  • Experience with Records Management Gimmal Records, Exterro, AvePoint, Collabspace, Versatile or similar type of a records Management system.

  • Must have demonstrable strong organization skills, attention to detail, and project management experience.

  • Must be able to lift/carry up to 30 pounds.

In addition to meeting the above required qualifications, the following are desired:

  • Prior experience in Records and Information Management.

  • Proficiency using spreadsheet/database applications.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills – comfortable with presenting to Bank audience of thirty or more.

  • Experience with Microsoft PowerApps, SharePoint, FileNet.

  • Certification on Information Management like Information Professional Governance (IGP) or Certified Records Management (CRM).

Full salary ranges for each job profile:

Business Analyst III: $82,100 - $102,675 - $123,200

Salay offer will be based on qualifications/experience of the candidate, alignment with market data, the needs of the position, our total compensation package, and internal equity. Salary for this position may be offered at or anywhere from the starting salary to the midpoint.
