Job Description:

Developing professional individual contributor role. Usually with only a few years’ experience, works on moderately complex assignments, exercising judgment within defined procedures. Receives little instruction on day-to-day work and detailed instructions on new assignments.

What You Will Be Doing

• Resolves invoice discrepancies, including purchasing match holds and/or tax variances
• Works as a liaison between accounts payable and Scanning
• Works as a liaison between shared service teams and business units
• Assists vendors with enrolling with third-party for invoice submission
• Assist with deployment of No PO No Pay project
• Monitors holds on a monthly basis and works to identify root cause
• Identifies billing issues with works directly vendor to correct
• Other related duties assigned as needed

What you bring:

Qualification:

• Commerce Graduate
• 1-3 Yrs of relevant experience
• Good accounting knowledge
• Excellent skills in communicating ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise, and professional manner Willingness to learn & grow.
• Demonstrates flexibility in response to changes in the process.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management in an organized, professional manner.
• Requires strong management skills.
• Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to identify, address and resolves employee related issues.
• Ability to deliver output under pressure with accuracy and eye for detail
  Ability to utilize judgment in decision making process and decisions related to job tasks.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines.
