About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Analyst to join our Engineering Strategy team. The Digital Analyst will be responsible for managing financial processes, procurement activities, and ensuring accurate data alignment with forecasting teams. This position is crucial for maintaining financial integrity and minimizing disruptions within the organization. This role will be reporting directly to the Head of Engineering Strategy, supporting the executive leadership team.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Coordinate and oversee financial processes and procurement activities within the Engineering Strategy team for all of Digital Technology organization.

  • Collaborate with finance team to ensure accurate data is provided for financial planning and reporting.

  • Monitor and report on financial takeaways, providing insights and recommendations to the organization.

  • Represent the organization in financial matters, ensuring accurate communication and alignment with financial partners.

  • Identify and manage variances in financial data, addressing issues proactively to minimize disruptions.

  • Translate financial requests and requirements into actionable plans that align with organizational goals.

  • Support the development and implementation of financial strategies and initiatives.

  • Prepare and present financial reports and analyses to senior leadership and stakeholders.

  • Manage employee/client billing and timesheet process

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree or related experience in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.

  • 1-3 years of professional experience in a finance or accounting role.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyze financial data.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Proficiency in financial software and tools, with advanced skills in Excel.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive and results-driven approach.

  • Preferred Experience:

    • Experience in financial management within a technical or engineering environment.

    • Knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.

    • Familiarity with forecasting and financial planning methodologies.

    • Understanding of financial reporting and variance analysis.

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $89,180.00 - $149,820.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
