About the role:
As a Product Support Representative I - ALM Finance Support Analyst, you will administer necessary product requirements to maintain consistent account control of clients using FIS software products and ensure the quality and utilization of FIS software products satisfies client needs.
About the team:
We are a team that supports an Asset Liability Management software used by various banks and financial institutions. The team consists of problem solvers that take technical issues and work with the client and internal stakeholders to resolve issues encountered by clients.
What you will be doing:
We are looking for a person interested in Finance and Customer support to provide customer care to our ALM software called BancWare. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys Asset-Liability Management and is interested in Fintech. You will help provide ongoing support to functional resources to help triage client issues. You will also serve as a point of escalation for troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues.
Responds to situations as first-line product support to isolate or fix problems in software.
Involved in customer installation and training. Provides support to customer/users where the issue is technical in nature.
Work on small CX projects independently or have ownership of project execution when multiple staff members are working on the project.
Coordinate queue management and resolution times for technical support tickets.
Liaise with functional support teams to address critical technical support items and assist the team with client triage sessions.
Collaborate with Prod Ops to track monitoring issues and provide assistance as required to the Ops teams.
This hybrid position is located in Jacksonville, Florida office

Preferred Qualifications:
BS in Finance (Information Technology minor)
BS in Information Systems
BS in Business with an Information Technology minor
Added bonus if you have:
Good to have finance Asset Liability Management domain knowledge
Interested in Finance and Fintech is a plus
Interested in balance sheet management
Ability to speak Spanish
