About the role
As a Sales Solution Consultant - PreSales, you’ll utilize your in-depth product knowledge to help sales staff uncover requirements and recommend solutions. Your unique expertise will help us advance the way the world pays, banks and invests, while you advance your own career with a growing, global organization.
What you will be doing
The Sales Solutions Consultant is a product and market specialist (Securities Finance) working within the Post Trade and Securities Processing Sales Solutions team. The role will involve working closely with the Sales team, Product Management, and clients in order to manage client requirements and expectations throughout the sales process, and drive business and sales growth.
You need to be highly motivated and have the ability to successfully work with all levels in an organization to successfully deliver the value proposition of the FIS Securities Finance and Collateral solution suite.
What you will need:
- Relevant professional experience within a Securities finance desk, Software Vendor, or consultancy firm.
- Securities finance and collateral management expertise – Securities finance (repo and equity finance - full front to back lifecycle), collateral management, and optimisation value chain.
- In-depth understanding of Global regulatory frameworks e.g. SFTR, EMIR, Dodd-Frank, UMR
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on presenting and selling
- Entrepreneurial mindset and drive
- Sales acumen
- Desire to help shape business strategy and growth
- The flexibility to travel circa 25%. Predominantly in Europe
