Function description: Production Support L1 (Switching)

About the Team:

JR is for Production Support L1 role (SO Payments) serving for clients hosted on RPaaS IST Switch, Cortex and NGP Platform. Team is functional from 08 AM till 10 PM all the 7 days with rotational weekly off.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

SQL / DML, Tableau, Power BI, MS Excel, ISO

1. Good communication (Written and Verbal).

2. Basic knowledge of ATM, ECOM, POS, UPI transaction flow.

3. Basic knowledge of Network Connectivity.

4. Candidate should be well versed with SQL / DML Queries.

5. Ability to debug the transaction logs and identifying the issue.

6. Basic knowledge of ServiceNow ticketing tool.

7. Taking ownership of the reported issues and driving it to closure within TAT.

What You Will Be Doing

1. Provide L1 support for IST Switch related queries inclusive of ATM related troubleshooting and Debit card issues along with transaction (POS/ECOM/UPI/IMPS) disputes.

2. Processing of various Switch related files. Updating of various current value in Switch.

3. Participating in weekly/monthly connect calls with the tier 1 clients. Attending calls (support helpline) and emails from clients during banking business hours.

4. Coordinating with the internal teams (DBA/Application/Network) for getting the P4 issues addressed.
