About the Team
We are a global operations team dedicated to delivering industry-leading cleared derivative services to premier investment banks and financial institutions. Our core services include:
- Trade clearance and allocation
- Reconciliation processes
- Trade break resolution
- Exchange funding and client margining
- Brokerage management
- Static data oversight and trade lifecycle management
What You'll Be Doing
As a Managed Service Operations Analyst, you play a key role in enhancing the quality and efficiency of our daily operations, strengthening our control environment, and elevating the client experience. We foster a culture that embraces continuous improvement and encourages a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Collaborate with derivative exchanges, clearing brokers, and FIS teams to support the full trade lifecycle - from post-trade execution to final settlement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Partner with client oversight teams, control groups, trading desks, and client service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Execute contractual obligations in alignment with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Risk & Control Frameworks, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Drive ongoing enhancements to operational processes, risk controls, and client satisfaction.
What You Bring
- Flexibility to work an evening schedule of 12pm-8pm EST.
- Exposure to financial operations, transaction processing, or accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to process and clear trades, perform reconciliations, and manage trade allocations.
- Strong communication skills with a proven ability to support and build client relationships.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a back-office environment focused on globally traded futures.
Added Bonus If You Have
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business management, finance or related field.
- Understanding of over-the-counter (OTC) cleared derivative products and futures trading operations.
