What you will be doing:

  • Operates production machines, inserters, printers, bursters, metering machines and general office equipment.

  • Performs high-speed, high-volume production tasks such as embossing, inserting and sorting to process card materials.

  • Sets up equipment, loads materials, clears jams and other simple malfunctions and unloads product from equipment.

  • Maintains productivity on all systems and delivers a quality product while meeting all production deadlines.

  • Identifies and resolves clearly defined problems.

  • Completes and maintains operator reports and logs.

  • Reconciles incoming and completed work.

  • Communicates all issues, concerns or questions to the Production Department Management team.

  • Work is generally repetitive and subject to inspection.

  • Other related duties assigned as needed.

**12hr shift. 3 days a week, rotating. Monday-Wednesday 7am-730pm. No weekends

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Ability to remain flexible to change in duties, workflow and priorities

  • Ability to work overtime when necessary

  • Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook

  • Strong communication skills

  • Attention to detail and extreme accuracy required

The pay range for this full-time position is $15.66 - $27.90 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
