About This Job
We are seeking a qualified team member to join our team as a San Antonio Production Research Team . In this role, you will work under minimal supervision to support the Production team. Responsible for production of cards, sorting of cards and operation of equipment, managing and completing test jobs, and helping ensure client SLAs are met. This position may also assist on the production floor as needed.
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM (flexibility required, including weekends as needed)
What you will be doing
Gather and complete test jobs submitted to production.
Troubleshoot and correct setup issues; create new machine setups.
Operate production equipment such as embossing and insert machines.
Write work instructions and create standards for training personnel.
Act as a liaison between management and the site team.
Manage jobs on hold or with errors; perform research and log issues in RCA.
Complete rush requests and support production issues as they arise.
Document and communicate job-related issues clearly and promptly.
Follow FIS operational procedures and policies.
Work independently with minimal supervision.
Educational Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required.
What you bring
Minimum 2 years of experience in card production operations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Experience with Job Tracker and Inventory Control systems.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated organizational, interpersonal, and decision-making abilities.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
Strong analytical, mechanical, and problem-solving skills.
