About the team

Be part of the Product team that is accountable for the P&L for Cards and Deposit Fraud business line. The team is responsible for end-to-end product development, management and delivery of product features and functionalities. The team additionally has oversight of operational processes, ownership of sales results, go-to-market and financial planning.

What you will be doing

As a Product Analyst on the Fraud Products team within the Issuing organization, you’ll be working with our clients and rest of the product team as well as Sales, Operations and Technology teams to

  • Manage life cycle product planning and operational activities to ensure high quality delivery and enhancement of FIS Fraud products.

  • Execute on the product roadmap to meet market requirements in support of product line strategy.

  • Perform duties as the product success manager to ensure all client needs are met and/or seek feedback from clients to provide input into future product enhancements.

  • Be the single point of contact for any appropriate vendor/partner relationships.

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree and three years Fintech operational experience/knowledge.

  • Experience in Agile methodology is preferred, but not required

  • Proven experience in an analyst role.

  • Proficient with technology/IT to be able to engage in discussion with technology team.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence a diverse group of stakeholders.

  • Strong problem solver with ability to coordinate requirements gathering across multiple teams to push the solution and progress.

Added bonus if you have

  • Certified Scrum Product Owner. (CSPO)

  • Experience in the investment management/financial services industry.
