About the Team
As part of our implementation team, you'll represent FIS while working directly with clients to deploy our Treasury and Risk Manager Integrity SaaS solution. You’ll analyze client data files, workflows, forms, reports, and operational requirements to support accurate data mapping and system conversions. After assessing client needs, you’ll develop tools and resources to streamline the implementation process, guide clients through each phase, and provide hands-on training and support for product functionality, setup, and integration.
What You Will Be Doing
As a Technology Business Consultant, you will play a vital role in our success by collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet business needs and drive progress in how the world pays, banks, and invests.
- Serve as a key resource during software implementation, addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, supporting new procedure rollouts, and providing hands-on assistance during conversion activities.
- Design and implement business processes tailored to client needs, aligning with industry standards and best practices.
- Conduct thorough data analysis, product mapping, and client interviews to identify and document data requirements for optimal software utilization.
- Develop detailed data mapping and transaction workflow documentation to ensure accurate field-level data conversion.
- Execute system testing to validate that customized software solutions meet client-specific requirements.
- Lead and coordinate readiness reviews to monitor and ensure successful conversion progress.
- Deliver training sessions to clients on newly implemented systems and operational procedures.
- Provide ongoing support for software configuration and optimization.
- Engage directly with clients, including potential travel to client sites for consultation and implementation support.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, related field or the equivalent combination of education, training, and professional experience.
- Typically, 3-5 years of experience in consulting, with a focus on project management, technical implementation, or business process optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Treasury Workstation.
- Proven track record in software implementation and data conversion projects, including technical configuration and troubleshooting.
- Solid background in Corporate Treasury operations, such as cash management, foreign exchange (FX) options, treasury bills, and money market investments.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and execute complex implementation projects.
- Skilled in translating business requirements into technical specifications and effectively communicating these concepts to diverse client audiences.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and documentation skills, with a client-focused approach.
