About the Team

The Integrated Payables (IP) project focuses on streamlining and automating B2B payment processes within the FIS ecosystem. It aims to ensure efficient integration of payment files, maintain compatibility with diverse banking standards, and facilitate secure transaction processing.

The IP Implementation FORMS Team is responsible for supporting IP Implementation activities. This includes creating resources for integrating B2B payment files into the IP System, validating file formats, mapping data accurately, and ensuring consistent processing across platforms. The team works collaboratively to uphold data integrity and facilitate smooth integration for client and banking requirements.

What you will be doing

• SHIFT TIME: UK SHIFT (2:00 PM IST to 11:00 PM IST)
• Create resources to integrate B2B payment files into the FIS Integrated Payables System, ensuring file format compatibility, accurate data mapping, streamlined validation, and consistent processing.
• Review incoming files for correct structure and alignment with banking standards. Validate mockups for proper rendering and provide feedback to maintain data integrity.
• Use HP Exstream Software and C#.net to interpret client payment files, validate formats, and export standardized data for FIS specifications.
• Build Pos-pay, ACH, and Wire transaction devices in C#.net to meet new banks’ requirements and integrate securely with FIS.
• Design checks and advice slips based on sample mockups and templates to ensure consistency and accurate formatting for integration.
• Investigate errors by reviewing logs and recent changes, identify causes, and implement solutions like code fixes or configuration updates to keep the system stable.

What you bring:

• 3-6 years of experience as a VBA Developer
• Demonstrated expertise in designing and developing applications using VBA and C#.net. Proven ability to create robust, efficient solutions tailored to business needs.
• Comprehensive understanding of relational databases and proficiency in SQL. Capable of managing and optimizing database operations for high performance and reliability.
• Hands-on experience with source control management systems, including GIT and Bitbucket, ensuring code integrity and facilitating collaborative development workflows.

• Experienced in designing, developing, testing, and delivering robust software solutions. Dedicated to adhering to industry best practices throughout all stages of development to ensure consistent and reliable results.

• Solid working knowledge and practical experience with C#.net, enabling the development of secure and scalable applications.
• Strong process-oriented mindset, complemented by effective communication skills for seamless project execution and stakeholder engagement.
• Experienced in managing projects and client implementations, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with client requirements.
